Here are my Top 4 Tips to help you create an outfit that rocks!:
- Keep it simple! If you are wearing a fun Autumn print like florals, try wearing it with a solid piece. This will keep your outfit from looking too busy.
- Combine heavy-weighted textures like tweed or wool, with a smoother piece. Not sure what I mean? Pair a cable knit sweater with the hottest trend this season, leather! Buttery soft leather will always be in, whether it's a shirt, dress, or even a jumpsuit. Chunky textured knitwear adds a new dimension - wear over a singlet or bodysuit or midi skirts. Add a trench, bomber or biker jacket over the top!
- Beanies and berets are always your go-to hats! You can find them in shades like cream, camel, and dusty pink, or in fun prints like leopard and plaid. They're perfect for keeping your head warm and adding some flair to your outfit!
- The Bootie! There is a small weather window for when you can wear your summer clothes with fall pieces, like a good 'ol bootie, without your outfit looking weather-confused. Not a fan of the Bootie? Knee-High boots are BIG this Autumn/Winter season - you can pair with a cute midi dress with sleeves or a knit dress!
